Payment
We currently accept payment via iPay88, bank transfer, and Maybank QRPay.

For bank transfer:
After receiving the order confirmation email, please proceed to transfer the total amount to the account. Please upload your transaction document, screenshot, or scanned copy once the payment is made.

Delivery Time & Charges
We deliver your goods with EasyParcel. Please allow us 3 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) to process your order before shipping. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number for your package via SMS or email. 

Your order delivery will take approximately 1-3 working days, it might take 3-5 working days if your address is under out of delivery (ODA) area. For international shipping, you can email us for more information. Please note that delivery time may be delayed due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Shipment charge is based on an auto-calculation by EasyParcel. 

Duties & Taxes
Bang Bang Zine is not responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred on international packages. The fees vary, you will be billed directly by customs upon arrival.
