Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges in case of a change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Damaged / Incorrectly Sent Item(s)
We are sorry that this happened to you. If you have received a damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, we will refund your payment including the postage cost, or exchange. If the item is no longer available, we will exchange it with another same value item.
Before returning the item, please email us within 14 days from the date of receiving that item with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Shipping address
- A clear photo of the damaged / incorrect item
- A brief description of the damage
Please make sure the item is packed properly and retain the postal receipt, we will inform you once we have received it. It will take us approximately 3 - 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) to proceed with refunds or exchanges.
